Welcome to colonial British meets Shanghai.
This two stores establishment sets a tone of classic romanticism in a modern setting.
Long story short, I fell in love with the place.

They serve up a variety of Asian cuisine ranging from Indian, Indonesia, Vietnamese to Chinese and so on. The food is beautiful plus is comes with a bit of a fusion flair.
The ground floor is the main dining area while the upper floor serves as a bar.

I absolutely love this place:
The ambience is chic.
The brilliant mood lighting against a backdrop of a huge painting of a Shanghai-nese lady (what I'm assuming) is breath taking. Combined with the dark wood finish and a bit of raw concrete slab, this place gives you the illusion of oriental-modern grandeur. The details put into it is remarkable, from the images hung to the clock, every little thing has been given attention to.
Food is brilliant.
The food comes dressed beautifully. It has all the flavours you'd recognise (assuming you ordered a dish you're familiar with) but with a bit of a twist. It's either an added ingredient or the texture, its sure to throw you off your usual sense of the 'common' dish.
The service is excellent.
Surprisingly the staff are very attentive. It's not often that this happens but over here the staff are just at the top of their service.
The drinks are 'whoa'.
Yes, the cocktails are packed with alcohol and no, it's not watered down plus it's good! Taste just simply superb.
Walking distance from a brilliant coffee joint!
Yes, I can't get away from coffee. Less than 5 minutes walk from here is Anomali Coffee, for your midnight cap. I have an addiction to caffeine, I needed my daily dose.
