Roshini hails from the land of sunny skies and clear blue waters (Malaysia). She's taken the year out to explore horizons, experience cultures, sample food and exchanging stories. A person who believes in trying everything once. And writing in a third person's voice on my own blog is rather strange so lets cut to the chase.
I love life and believe in living it to its fullest. Am a complete outdoor person, an adrenaline junkie truly, which makes it harder to believe that I strut with stilettos into meeting rooms. A part from going to design festivals, checking out art scenes and traveling, I love scuba diving (my current addiction). My journey in the next year will not be centre just around diving, or being a beach bum, but of bird eye views and Indiana Jones trails. Join me on my journey, if you will, with this virtual 'journal' (which to my family is more of a GPS tracker to the endless wonder of "Where is Rosh?"). After all, life is journey...And this is Mine. psst… I'm a coffee addict too so you'll find my Café Mischiefs page filled with pictures of cafés I've visited or love to visit and fallen in love with on my travels. |
A beach bum with severe tan lines - 3/4 wetsuit tan to scooter T-shirt tan, followed by cuts, bruises and bug bites... she has one hell of a story to tell!
2 shades darker, 40 dives and a few countries later… does wonders to a person's perspective. Your sign language gets better, your stomach gets stronger, and your heart gets bigger. You return home with more humility than you left. And you'd never take things for granted again. Oh… did I mention your clothes become bigger? The experience of traveling solo is indeed exhilarating - catching up with old friends, making new ones, stumbling upon new paradises and exploring cultures is astounding. Like all good things, everything has an end; So is that year of carefree adventures, deep water exploring and sleeping on bunk beds. Now back to striding in heels and busy schedules - I'm back to being a designer and a travel writer. Yes, I took up writing when I was traveling and I love it hence I'm keeping at it. I doubt I would stop travelling and would certainly keep writing and doing photography. So this website, will still live on. Traveling now would be when time (& finance) permits. This site might not have frequent weekly updates, but it will have updates for certain. So stay tuned! |
