Many long evenings and restaurants later, its time to take it easy tonight. Unwind in comforts with some wholesome Mexican food and rub shoulders with the backpacking crowd and locals a like - this place is it.

Hidden in a corner in Seminyak this little taco joint sure pulls in a crowd. Its subtle and dim lighting that gives this place its sombre ambiance which makes one want to relax and take it easy. Cantina styled seating decked out on the front with an old motorcycle parked to one side, combined with the smiling faces, it has a welcoming yet demure ambience about it. Plus the aroma form the kitchen will make you want to stay!

This establishment is rather small and occupies the ground floor with a bar to the right. The outdoor seating is great on a starry night like this with the cool night breeze and a delicious hearty meal – its just perfect.

Of course the menu is what you’ll most likely find at a Mexican cantina place serving up Tacos, Enchiladas and any other typical Mexican street food. If you’re not a bit eater its great as the portions to price ratio is affordable, but if you’re like my best mate who can eat a moose when he’s hungry, you can always sample their other dishes as its not an expensive eatery – perfect excuse to try everything on the menu!

I like this place cause:

The food is delicious and I don’t have to burn a hole in my wallet.
If you’re in Bali for more than a week, you’d realise that eating in restaurants can be an assault to the wallet. This place serves up scrumptious Mexican food and its half, if not one third, of the price of eating at a restaurant in Seminyak.

Love the crowd that comes in.
If you’re backpacking or just want to be in shorts and t-shirt, this place is perfect, as you’d blend in easily. There is no dress code and you can waltz-in in your favourite flip-flops and no one would bat an eyelid.
