The new kid on the block, Baba's restaurant in Seminyak serves Peranakan as well as Balinese and western cuisine; and the food is delicious!

The pool is not just for decoration… you can actually have a swim if you fancy. No splashing though!
As soon as you walk in the smell of jasmine entices you while the warmth of the candle lights just drifts you away. The decor is simple yet elegantly with a lounge area for after dinner drinks. The pool in here is a working pool. Yes, you can go for a swim if you fancy it!

Apart from serving up beautiful food, their cocktails are heavenly too. The Choco BABA-Tini is something I would recommend for those wanting some liquid dessert.

There is a bar or rather a club next to the restaurant that operates on the weekends.

I like this place cause:

The food is beautiful.
Delicious South East Asian food served with fresh wholesome ingredients. The presentation of the food is beautiful plus the diving service is good.

The ambience is soothing.
Dining experience is rather romantic at night and I can only imagine it during the day. Its relaxing and the smell of Jasmine is just beautiful. As you walk in you can choose to dine under the covered canopy or under the stars.

They have a pool!
Its great! Imagine coming up here during a hot day sipping cocktails and lying in a pool. They have a pool that you can dip it, its not just for show, as long as you don't splash around!

The savouriness of the olive gel really hits you in the face and makes a strong statement to all the singularly sweet desserts.
